VOIS | BASE

The new and innovative to VOIS is its modular architecture based on a software platform for the integration of municipal technical procedures. This VOIS | BASE is the unified, software-based foundation on which various municipal technical procedures can be developed as well as executed. In doing so, the various specialist procedures - each subject to a cross-disciplinary approach - are based on the same basic components.

For modern, citizen-friendly municipalities

Whether data center, metropolitan or 500-resident community: VOIS can be used flexibly and thus always meets the requirements of a modern administration.

Task management

The IRIS task management is a server-side execution environment, in which programs of various software producers are managed and automated with specific configurations. The IRIS software is used by many municipalities in Germany, As a nationwide solution in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
This development has now been described in the VOIS Task management system, so that even more local authorities can use these components in the future. The functionalities are flexible and are determined by the installed modules of the specialist procedures. Characteristics of the VOIS Task management are specific tasks - For example, the execution of data transmissions (cross-client) or the data transmission (cross-procedural) to the highest safety standards.

Process management

As a software package, VOIS features specialist process integration. In order to ensure optimal integration, more than one soft-ware-based data comparison is necessary: the user is informed when processing these processes if these changes also affect other specialist procedures. Possible follow-up procedures can then be carried out at the same time (depending on the authorization), for example, if a foreign resident changes a business registration, VOIS offers the conversion as a follow-up procedure both in the foreigner sector and in the specialized trade.

Data transmission

All data required for the data transmissions are provided automatically and output in various formats. Data transmission is uniformly generated in all technical procedures. In VOIS, all necessary transport components, such as, For example, for OSCI transport. External procedures are no longer necessary. The components for the OSCI transport can also be used for messages outside of the integrated VOIS technical procedures (eg XPersonenstand). In addition to statutory data transmissions, personalized, authority-specific data transmissions can also be set up. In data centre operation or inter-communal collaboration, data transmissions can be created jointly for all clients.

Resident monitor

If necessary, the citizen can actively participate in all activities through the resident monitor. Data from the operation is displayed. Each form can be electronically signed by both the citizen and the clerk. This is then automatically stored in the integrated electronic file or in the DMS.

eAkte (integrated electronic file)

In the cross-functional integrated electronic file, all documents for the respective data record are stored and managed. The integrated electronic file also serves as an interface to archive systems.

Form printing

The automated form printing is variable. Any form can be used. Templates are adapted in an Office application and imported into VOIS. PDF or Office documents are output - also as collective printing (eg by a data centre or print service provider). In data centre operation, forms can be created and managed jointly for all clients in the VOIS form administration.

Evaluations

VOIS offers the possibility to output lists and statistics for all integrated technical procedures. When selecting data for variable lists, different selection criteria can be combined (e.g. addresses, age intervals, company forms, funds, etc.). Content (data scope) and form of the lists are freely definable. The statistics section distinguishes inventory and movement statistics and offers a large number of statistical evaluations live reports and statistics that can be also stored on the VOIS dashboard.. Recurring evaluations must be created only once. They can then be used automatically, For example, periodically.

Directory work

In the directory work, any territorial subdivisions (places, districts, electoral or school districts, church districts, etc.) can be defined and placed into groups. A building block layout and management is also integrated. The data can also be transferred automatically from geo-information systems or geodatabases. Small-scale structures can be used as a territorial selection criterion for evaluations.

User & Rights management

User and rights management form the basis for all specialist procedures involved in VOIS. This significantly reduces the burden on IT within an administration. It no longer has to deal with many different user administration tasks.

Update service

An automatic update service is an integral part of a user-friendly software solution. In addition, security is also the first priority. Only current versions of the software meet the current safety standards.
